You are welcome to take photos and video of your whitewater adventure. Any equipment you bring be it cell phone, GoPro, camera, etc. If anything is dropped in the river it will not be retrieved. We recommend you bring sunscreen and a change of clothes. We will supply water, snacks and a sack lunch, so you do not need to bring any food or drinks. A waterproof bag, waterproof ammo can, and life jacket will be distributed at the launch site, Diamond Creek.

This is also where your Guide will orient you on your whitewater rafting adventure. Our recommended list of personal gear is meant to prepare you for all types of weather, especially the strong Arizona sun. Remember, you will be on the river for at least five hours. Being in a desert environment, mosquitoes and flying insects are not usually a big problem. Because we spend most of our time on the water, snakes and scorpions are seldom encountered.

For those of you participating in the overnight trip, your Guide will give you instructions at the campsite. A first aid kit is standard equipment on every raft. Our trips are outdoor activities with exposure to the elements. We consider our one-day river trip to be mildly strenuous, requiring some effort.

We consider our two-day river trip to be moderately strenuous, requiring concerted effort. Portable toilets are available at the Peach Springs airstrip and Diamond Creek launch point. We strongly recommend using the toilet at one of these sites. We never know when it will rain. Our guides are qualified with hundreds of miles of river experience.

Hello, how are you? Be sure to leave early enough to arrive on time for any scheduled tours. Your trip begins with an hour long bus from Peach Springs to the Colorado River.

Travel on this maintained dirt road is somewhat rough, but despite the rugged ride you can expect beautiful scenery and occasional wildlife.

Nothing quite beats the natural wonder of the Grand Canyon coming into view as you make the gradual descent down to the river. These rapids are adventurous enough for thrill seekers, yet those who may be a little timid no need to worry. Your guide will have your safety and enjoyment in mind. Your first stop will be at Travertine Cavern Falls for a moderate hike and short climb up into the cavern.

After your hike you will enjoy lunch along a sandy beach area. We also provide water, soda, juice, and snacks along the way. If you have any dietary needs, please let the concierge know upon making reservations.

After a nice lunch in the canyon, the last 25 miles of the river trip will be a smooth float. Rafters who added on a helicopter ride will take a ride 4, feet up to the Grand Canyon West terminal.

Once all rafters are up at the terminal, those who have purchased the Water Walk Tour will depart on a shuttle bus to Eagle Point and the Skywalk. Your bus driver will let you know where to meet and how much time you have at Eagle Point and The Skywalk. Once the tour is complete the group will head back to Peach Springs.
